Barkotel Solution EMS Command and Control Centers for Ambulance Authority Egyptian has proposed its next generation VIPER, Power 911 and VIPER CAD systems in response to the Egyptian Ministry of Health's requirement for EMS Command and Control systems. Positron's proposed solution is based on two fully redundant VIPER and VIPER CAD platforms; one located at the main facility at the Cairo Control Center and the other at the backup facility at the Cairo Business Continuity Center. The proposed system includes server and workstation software licenses to support 181 Power 911, 61 VIPER CAD dispatching and 120 VIPER CAD Incident Creation positions over 3 sites (see illustration below) via the customer provided WAN. Our solution includes onsite technical support services, network engineering support services, disaster recovery support services, as well as training, Help Desk/Software Evergreen software fixes (optionally priced) and project management services as detailed in our proposed offer. System hardware, third party software (including AVL system), network connectivity and installation services are to be provided by Barkotel.
